Referring a case can be made in two forms.
Digital. Basic referrals of images and microscopic images can be sent either to individual pathologists below, or can be sent to Dr Suvarna (s.k.suvarna@shef.ac.uk) who will put the images on the website for group discussion (see discussion cases tab). The process has the advantage that you are potentially getting more than one opinion for your query.
Tissue. Blocks/slides/wet tissue can be referred to the following persons, but please contact them before sending to check they are not on leave and to clarify HTA/medico-legal requirements.
